  1. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  2. Cylinder swaps are done on an exchange basis where Moresoda swap your cylinder and provide you with a full cylinder in return. 
  3. The cylinder supplied during cylinder swaps or supplied as a spare, may or may not be a new cylinder. All cylinders are however quality checked in accordance with the applicable Australian Standards. 
  4. Moresoda reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we deem a delivery to be unsafe or if there is not a suitable place to safely leave the cylinders, or if we are unable to make a delivery for any reason.
  5. Deliveries where exchange cylinders were unavailable for collection and were unable to be swapped will incur a delivery fee. 
  6. A delivery fee will be charged where, the specified amount of cylinders have not been left out for collection and/ or the adjusted quantity would normally incur a delivery charge.
  7. Moresoda may cancel and refund all or part of an order if the cylinders to be exchanged are unsafe, unusable or in poor condition.
  8. It is your responsibility to make sure that the cylinders are available for collection at an easily accessible and safe location and away from direct sunlight or sources of heat. Cylinders will be left at the collection point and if not specified at or near the front door. Moresoda cannot be held responsible for theft/damage to your cylinders before or after delivery.
