Refund Policy

We are happy to address any queries you may have. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. We accept purchase receipts, bank statements, or online order confirmation emails. This policy also applies to items received as a gift.

Please note that online orders cannot be cancelled due to a change of mind. For further information, please contact the Moresoda team.

Faulty Items

We take great pride in our products and are just as disappointed as you if your item arrives compromised in any way. Please call us on 08 9455 3366 or email sales@moresoda.com.au. Our Customer Service Team will be happy to provide technical assistance where applicable. If your product is deemed faulty after troubleshooting, we will gladly replace it under our two-year replacement warranty. To process your replacement, please provide your online order reference number or a copy of your purchase receipt.
